Build Description
Foul Feast + Plague Signet to move conditions from your allies to your enemies, plus spreading with Epidemic (If target is clustered with others.
Follow up with Oppressive Gaze.
Blood of the Aggressor doubles as a minor heal/damage and a way of giving a condition if there are none being used by the opposition, usually followed by Oppressive Gaze.
Blood Renew to be used carefully - preferably before a Foul Feast, and also when it looks as though you'll be targeted.
Illusion of Haste to flee (mainly), and also an option to send Cripple to melee chasers. It's not the best skill in the world on this build, so Life Siphon or Parasitic Bond are possible replacements (I'd veer towards Life Siphon)
