Build Description
just walk around echo second wind. and go spam it like crazy. at first you might think like w00t energy w00t more energy w0000t even more :D and then yeeyyeey yeey yeey yeey yeey yeey. and then you're like why is my energy bar grey?
for some reason I already had a build to similar to Second Wind/ Arcane Echo / Glyph of Swiftness
