The points in tactics are simply to fill the requirements for a sheild. Feel free to allocate them to command or motivation if you wish.

I use this build in conjuction with paragon heroes as an alternative to imbagon to strike much higher numbers. With an order's hero as wel, "Dodge This!" can be spammed upon recharge, and damage will be boosted even higher. It should be noted that in it's state, this build cannot maintain AR, and requires a paragon hero to help.
