Build Description
Since they changed the use of mystic regen it isn't quite usefull anymore to use a 55hp monk for hm farming undead. So i created this build which gives 74 dmg (so 148 to undead, since its holy damage) back to source every time they hit you and no knockdown so they could faster hit you (1 time every 1.5-2 sec).
Use a 600 monk (with vital blessign you have over 800 life).
Protective Spirit will make sure you never get more then 80 damage each hit and because you gain more then 60 damage you heal for 96 health with Spirit bond, +52% more because of Life Attunement (total 146 health). Shield of Regeneration is to reduce the nasty health degen you get from bleeding, hexes and poison.

If you farm use a armor with the lowest armor rating (like the armor from ascalon), otherwise Spirit bond don't trigger and this will able you to deal the most damage combinated with my other build).
