Build Description
This build really shines in PvP or in PvE where mobs cluster often.
In PvE
Switch out Hypochondria for Epidemic. In PvP
I like using psychology against people in PvP, because tanks and healers are so predictable! The rescue tank you targeted midway through the process and to whom you gave all the conditions is probably still crippled, and generally won't be able to back up his caster buddy anymore.
