Build Description
Against melee, start with Soul Barb, then use all Conjure Phantasm->Clumsiness->Image of Remorse->Insidious Parasite->Parasitic Bond.
Assuming the melee person didn't run, all the accumulated degeneration+ clumsiness damage should do 200+ in about 10second with degen, and 125 damage with soul barb effect(25 for each hex) , throw in another clumsiness after the mentioned combo if your energy allows you to.
After all the hex cast on the melee enemy, use the Signet of Suffering, and it will inflict at least 100, usually 125 damage with 5hex on the enemy. usually by then enemy is either dead, or has low health and will try to run, throw another Phantasm, Remorse, Parasitic bond (they're all cheap energy) and they will die by themself. If the second clumsiness succeeded, the more likely he/she will die.
The way I combo this whole thing, with rough damage calculation: Soul barb => Phantasm(-25) (-140) => Clumsiness (-25) (-81* if success) => Insidious (-25) (-35x* if success) => Remorse (-25) (-54) (-46* if success) => Parasitic (-25) (-40) => Clumsiness (-25) (-81* if success, if not, its to renew the hex for upcoming signet) => Signet of Suffer (-125~140) => Signet of Unnatural (-51* optional)
150 total from soulbarb, approx. 150+ degen dmg (in 8-10sec), 81 or 162 dmg from clumsiness, 125 dmg from suff signet.
depending on situation it does over 500+ dmg total, all under assumption that you weren't interrupted.
This build is not as effective against casters, but you can still degen them using Soul Barb->Phantasm->Remorse->Bond->Suffer Signet.
Unnatural signet comes in handy for spirits summoning whores, but if there are no summoners, you can use them after the Suffering Signet for better chance to finish the enemy off.
No res signet is used in this build, if you rather have one, remove unnatural signet, and lower dominant magic attributes back to 1, and raise curse/illusion for more effectiveness.
This combo becomes less effective when there are hex remover / monk present, and it's recommended you attach lots of Energy + inscriptions, to have 55 or more energy.
