Build Description
I liked alot of the original Starbert build, but I didn't like the fact I could get killed so quickly. So I change a couple of things around and so far it is working pretty well. With the way I rebuilt this I pretty much use it in the order it is in. I also found out instead of using the searing flame touch you can also use Double Dragon in place if it because it doesn't take away more energy if you hit more than one person. Let me know what you think.
